Hightower Insurance and Tax (HIT) is a part of the larger vision that the Hightower Family shares to change the dynamic of finances & financial literacy in their community. HIT was born out of the unwavering passion that the Hightower Family shares to help serve others. As a young couple, Jan-Michael and Bianca found that they were both severely undereducated in the area of financial literacy. In 2013, not knowing how to handle their new professional lives, and how to plan financially for their growing family, the journey began. Jan-Michael working in the financial services industry (automotive) and Bianca working in education, had the perfect synergistic relationship needed to build a financial services firm based on financial education, financial literacy, and asset protection and retention.

Before transitioning to a different moniker, HIT operated solely as Reign of God Financial Services, LLC (ROG). As the services provided grew, the company changed names to make the primary services provided easily identifiable. ROG now functions as a sector of HIT primarily focused on serving the community by educating about financial concepts and building financial ambassadors through leadership training opportunities.

Bianca completed the mastery of the formal knowledge for the development of the business in the form of a Master of Business (MBA) in 2019 while Jan-Michael continued to increase the necessary working knowledge base in Finance & Insurance. Bianca completed the Comprehensive Tax Preparation program hosted by the University of Richmond & the Charted Tax Professional Designation. Both Bianca & Jan-Michael are licensed in Life Insurance, Annuities & Health Insurance. The amalgamation of personal experience, mentorship, formal education, & working knowledge has allowed the Hightowers to actively help clients grow and protect their financial futures.

Together, they serve numerous families and generate over 2 million dollars in asset protection contracts monthly. While serving families, both Bianca & Jan-Michael are dedicated to continuing their formal growth as professionals in the industry.
